Each Day listed below, can be the spring board to a fun employee celebration. This is a great time for a picnic, Popsicles at work, or some patriotic music to “wake up” your first team meeting of July 4. (Are you thinking Chili? In many communities, Chili Cook Offs happen in July on Independence day! And BBQs are the most fun summertime event for a group.)

These team building events are so important. Make sure to plan ahead AND announce the event so that your team has something to look forward to and can participate.  And there are MONTH LONG events too.
